We are recruiting a Co-Manager for their Brandon Retail location. Most of their 11 branches has a Co-Management structure that fosters true teamwork and provides support and backup for the management staff. As a Co-Manager you will share branch management responsibilities and duties based on team member’s strengths and interests. To be considered you must have agriculture sales experience, ag business management experience and people management or team leadership experience.
