Job Description:

Job title: Bookkeeper Accounting
Location: Vaughan

Salary: $ 20 to $ 23 per hour

Salary to be negotiated - $41 600 - $47 840 yearly salary

The right candidate for this position must be capable of conducting FULL CYCLE accounting which includes but not limited to

· Fully responsible for the complete A/P & A/R cycle including sercuring approvals, coding and posting invoices, maintaining current and accurate vendor data.

· Prepare government remittances

· Assist with month –end procedures

· Receives invoices and match them with purchase orders/work orders and apply payment

· File paid invoices

· Prepare daily bank deposits, balance bank reports

· Record and prepare listing for deposits

· Ensure receipts are accurately input to A/R sub ledger

· Aged trial balance are run, reviewed and distributed to Owner

· Contact clients on past due accounts

· Review interoffice billing

· Prepare cheques for signing

· Process payroll and expense reports

Qualifications

· Post-secondary education in accounting

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Accounting position

· Must have excellent MS Excel skills

· Must have EXCELLENT Quick Books skills

· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, high attention to detail

· MUST BE SELF STARTER
