Our client, ranked as the one of the fastest growing technology companies in BC and in Canada, has an immediate opening for a high-performing Inside Sales Executive to help the company further increase its revenues.
The ideal candidate for the Inside Sales Executive position will possess a strong desire to be part of hard working sales team that is dedicated to not just selling add--on software, but to recommend software solutions to close deals and foster relationships with resellers. The Inside Sales Executive is a consultative solution-oriented professional --finding solutions for customer requirements.
*An accounting/business workflow background
*A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains, or related ERP package.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing, enhancing and cultivating leads through reseller channel and end user database. In addition to selling these products, the Inside Sales Executive is responsible for out--bound telemarketing to resellers and end users. A key area of importance is also the ability to manage the relationship with reselling partners and end-user customers.
Job Description
*Display a consultant-like solution approach and to understand various business processes across various industries.
*Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
*A passion for selling software products.
*Enjoy working both independently, and as part of a team.
*Work effectively with both end-users and resellers.
*Articulate solutions clearly, be creative, and personable.
Education and Experience required:
*A minimum of one year in ERP software sales, consulting or business process analysis.
*A degree in accounting, business, or marketing preferred.
*Experience dealing with all levels of end users and reseller personnel - from reseller, to consultants/sales representatives, up to end user/higher--level executives, and DM's.
*Knowledge of at least one ERP software package is mandatory *Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains preferred
*Compensation is based on salary + commissions + bonuses. Some travel required. Must have a valid passport and be able to travel the US.
