Job Description:

Position: Technology Account Executive (Infrastructure)
Location: Toronto
Salary: 80k-90k Base + Commission

Description: Experienced face-to-face salesperson having worked with IBM, HP
or a reseller in the technology space for a minimum of 5 years.
Successfulcandidate will be responsible for selling:

• Power System I, P
• x86
• Blade / SAN and related technology
• DR/HA, VM Ware, Citrix, Microsoft Software & Services
• Managed Services
• Hosting

Role has both hunter and farmer characteristics. Hardware sales experience is a
must have. Need to have managed services and / or software and related
services sales experience as well. Enthusiasm, confidence and ability to manage
the details are requirements. Knowledge of local marketplace is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a key to success. The
ability to present confidently to ‘C’ level execs is important.
The ability to bring net new customers to Syntax and grow our footprint with
existing customers is essential.

Must interface well with technical and related sales teams.
