Project Manager – Luxury Hotel Interiors - H2260

Finishing in Style.....

A builder of high rise luxury hotels has an immediate need for a strong Project Manager to work on the interior completion of a Five Star Project. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team to oversee front and back of house, reception rooms, over 200+ suites, ballrooms, spas, conference areas, and restaurants in this award winning internationally recognized project.

We are interviewing talented individuals with the following qualifications:

10+ years hotel construction experience.
Proven record of completing high end interior finishes
Ability to liase with C-Level executives and deliver concise and detailed project reports
General contracting background
CET or 4 year engineering degree in civil or structural.
MS Project and Excel
Unique problem solving skills and a team-first management approach.
