Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time position based in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the office while supporting the work of management and other staff. You will work closely with the Operations Manager while also being accountable for providing general administrative support to other teams such as Consulting, Marketing, Sales and Finance. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain the office environment by answering phones, filing and ordering supplies
• Maintain and update contact lists and databases
• Organize schedules and assist with meeting logistics
• Assist with the administration of client projects
• Assist with the maintenance and administration of client support
• Participate in staff and customer events planning and preparation
• Assisting with the administration of new hires
• Operate and maintain office equipment like copiers or fax machines
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a persistent, high energy professional with 5+ years Administrative experience preferably in a software environment. The position requires excellent organization and analytical skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of management and clients to meet or exceed their expectations. Other requirements include:
• Experienced Administrative professional who is dependable and highly organized with business maturity, discretion, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
• Skilled in establishing priorities and managing workload
• Technologically literate with strong computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other commonly used office software
• Experience with an internal CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a definite asset
