Position: Java Developer(Hibernate,Springs & Struts)(3 Positions)
Location: Toronto
Contract: 6 Months

Broad understanding of core Java language and principles
Practical multi-threading experience, Java concurrent package(understanding beyond just blindly applying the synchronized
keyword) Practical experience with current versions of Java (1.5/1.6)(understanding major differences and benefits)Ability to talk through design patterns and coherently defend their usage Practical experience and implied understanding of the teams commonly used technologies: Spring 2/3 XML (marshalling/un-marshalling, parsing, XSD/DTD, SAX/DOM, JAXB)RDBMS Oracle, Hibernate, JPA a plus
The following would be a plus, but not a requirement: Maven, MQ, JNI, C/C++ background.
