It's time to expand and grow again!!!!!!

A mid sized general contractor is embarking on an executive search for a general manager to lead, manage and develop it's field operations division.
This company is based in the GTA and has a great reputation for completing projects on time and on budget. They are active members of the Ontario Road Builders Association and take pride in community involvement. They have been in contact with E P C M Solutions to seek out a new general manager to expand them into new territory.
We are seeking out a strong player in the Ontario industry who has a reputation for success and leadership. Most importantly a demonstrated ability to manage and guide teams through expansions and business development.

We are looking for a talented individual with the following qualifications:

15-20 years of road construction experience in a senior management capacity
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot issues in project management, estimating and field operations
Willingness to mentor intermediate staff and recognize and promote talent
Proven track record of managing costs and pushing budgets for maximum profitabilty
Unique problem solving skills and a team-first management approach.
Ability to work well with MTO representatives to manage issues and complete the project
