Chief Estimator – Bridges and Structures - R1159

EPCM Solutions has been approached by one of Ontario's leading structural contractors to secure a seasoned Chief Estimator. With projects across the province, we are looking for an individual with multiple contacts in trades and supplies, who can leverage their experience to win projects and maintain margins. You will be responsible for managing a estimating support staff including senior, intermediate and junior staff and developing additional training tools to increase their effectiveness.

We are interviewing talented estimators with the following qualifications:
15+ years structural estimating experience.
Proven record of maintaining healthy margins on MTO projects
Ability to liase with C-Level executives and deliver concise and detailed project reports
CET or 4 year engineering degree in civil or structural.
MS Project and Excel, Timberline, Exactimate, Primavera
Unique problem solving skills and a team-first management approach.
