Reporting directly to the Plant Manager in this challenging support role as a ‘Production Superintendent’, this is an opportunity for you to enhance your leadership qualities by becoming the leader of process while working in conjunction with a dynamic team to streamline operations and leading the workflow to achieve greater heights. This role is ideal for a goal oriented professional engineer who has a solid understanding of combining manufacturing technology with management science to evaluate, plan, organize and direct the operations and production department in order to attain business objectives and production schedules.
Applicant Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of short-run manufacturing experience preferred
• Agricultural background a definite asset
• Accept a slower pace of life and improved work-life balance
The main objective of this role is to work in collaboration with the Plant Manager to ensure an efficient flow of the production process in this manufacturing plant while providing technical support.
