• A successful track record of Agricultural Parts sales
• Supervisory and/or Management experience
• Passion for providing high quality customer service
• Farm/Agriculture background an asset
• Effective communication skills with farmers
• Red Seal Journeyman certificate would be preferred

The main objective of this position is to demonstrate and exemplify high quality customer service while your main focus would be enhancement and growth of Ag parts sales.
