Applicant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineer preferred
• 3 years of Design, R&D and Project Management experience; Manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCad 3D/CAM
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment; market trends
• Willing to build a career in a rural community setting
