Job title: Financial Manager
Location: Oshawa

This role delivers reporting and forecasting capabilities, analysis and interpretation regarding financial and business matters. The role requires excellence in a management reporting environment with particular focus on financial and regulatory reporting, value-added reporting of results, forecasts, plans and business cases.

Major duties and responsibilities:

· Provide professional leadership, training, development and monitoring to the accounting and ATM staff to maintain pride and professionalism within the group.

· Oversee and augment existing team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial, performance and regulatory reporting.

· Works closely with CFO to ensure that financial information is provided to support the short and long term financial planning and decision making.
