Job Title:Receptionist/Office Assistant - Contract Position
Location: Newmarket
Salary: $ 16.5 per hour
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the front-line face and voice of the company and you will be responsible for a multitude of administrative support tasks.
Your Duties:
§ Provide excellent customer service.
§ Answer and redirect telephone calls and greet visitors,
§ Distribution of incoming mail,
§ Office supplies inventory,
§ Time card processing,
§ Credit card processing,
§ Telephone Administration,
§ Filing,
§ Select business software transactions,
§ Local errands using your own car, for which you will be reimbursed for your mileage,
§ Other administrative tasks.
Your Qualifications:
§ At least three (3) years of experience in a customer service environment,
§ An aptitude for working with numbers,
§ Proficiency with Excel and Word by Microsoft,
§ Experience with business software,
