Job Description:

Our client is a force to be reckoned with within their niche (yet, massively popular) American based web-based properties which attract very large volumes of traffic. They are - as are most of our clients - undergoing ongoing organic growth. As such, they require new Developers to join their teams. For this particular mandate, Candidates should have 3 years or more of relevant web development experience.

General Requirements:

- Develop web applications ensuring strong optimization and functionality
- Work with various database systems MySQL
- Analyze, review and modify web systems by designing, maintaining, documenting, testing, developing and monitoring
- Participate in a team-oriented environment to develop complex Web-based
applications

Required Technical Skills:

- Outstanding PHP and MySQL programming skills are a must with at least 3 to 5 years of having developed these skills.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, team-development environment is critical.
- Additional expertise with technologies like jQuery, CSS, etc. is preferable.
- Considerable real-world experience working within a LAMP development environment
- Commitment to good development practices and methodologies
