Job Description:

Job title: Field Trainer
Location: Mississauga

Responsibilities include:

Develop and facilitate customized in-person and telephone training programs to small groups of people to large groups.
· Serve as a liaison to the sales force providing one-on-one coaching and training on party plan techniques, sales programs, compensation plan and promotions in an effort to increase sales and recruiting.

· Analyze statistics and create reports.

· Provide information on sales program benefits to prospects and facilitate signups.

Assist in the development of field retention programs.
Assist with and participate in company training events.

The qualified candidate must have:

College/University education
experience in developing and facilitating training programs
solid business building skills and customer service skills
Party Plan experience an asset, or three to four years preferred
outstanding presentation skills to groups sizes ranging from 5-500+ people
the ability to quickly build relationships
the ability to create & analyze sales reports
effective written and verbal communication skills
strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
