Job Overview
This is a Branch Manager role with a leading independent adjusting firm in Mississauga. Our client prides themselves in an industry leading compensation package and top technology to increase billable hours and make everyone more money in less time.
As the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for all elements of profit and loss, as well as the internal development of your staff while maintaining the high level of service our client is known for. You will also oversee the examination of files with a focus on continuous quality control and improvement.

Job Requirements
Full license as an independent adjuster in Ontario or the ability to pass the oral examination.
A senior level multi-lines background with exposure to Accident Benefits claims.
The ability to train and mentor a large staff.
Proven managerial skills with experience in human and financial management.
