Applicant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering
• 8 years of Project and Prototype Research and Development experience
• Strong knowledge and practical implications of Solidworks and/or CAD
• Excellent design & implementation skills
• Ability to coordinate with R&D and Engineering departments
• Willing to reside in a rural community setting
