Assistant Superintendent – Road Construction – R1665

A mid-sized general contractor that specializes in road construction is expanding it’s field management team.
This GC keeps its people in the off-season and is looking to add several assistant superintendents to its strong team of construction management staff. They are looking for intermediate and senior assistant supers who will capable of managing single projects within 1-2 years. This company promotes from within and has a strong corporate culture built on trust, integrity and respect. They take pride in your success and will give you every tool you require to perform at the highest level.

We are looking for a talented individual with the following qualifications:

5 years of road construction experience.
Ability to adapt, improvise and overcome multiple and unique challenges
MS Project and Excel
A strong reference sheet with recommendations from owners, trades and suppliers
CET or 4 year engineering degree
Ability to chair meetings and deliver comprehensive reports to owners reps and management
Superior conflict resolution skills

Pay Range: $72,550 - $88,500
Location: GTA with Southern Ontario Travel when required
