Our client is a very highly respected, independent, multiple-branch, full service Ag Retail. They are the market leader in their area because they truly care about their customers and provide superior customer service. It’s a great team that has earned their customers’ trust and loyalty.
This company has 11 branches with at least two Sales Agronomists at each one. As the Sales Manager you will have two main responsibilities: First you will coach, lead and organize the sales force. You will work with a great bunch of Sales Agronomists and Managers and lead them to a higher level of success through planning and professional development. Second, you will manage the various sales programs for the company. You will ensure the Location Managers & Sales Agronomists have good tools to use and good programs to offer.
To be considered for this position you must have a great attitude and a proven track record in agricultural sales management. We will be looking for your ability to coach a team and teach relationship based selling.
Brandon is the second largest city in Manitoba with 43,000 people. Big enough to offer everything you need yet small enough to be “Home Town”. Brandon has: arts, entertainment, sports, recreation, health care, a college, a university, night life, shopping, dining, clubs, churches, etc., etc.
