3rd level support (looking at code and seeing where the problem is)
Development background great but not about development ( no coding
in the group. Alot of scripting and automation)
Familiarity -Oracle 10g moving to 11g (dba experience)
System administration with Informatica (backup, repository, back
up restore, migration, upgrade)
Performance and tuning and troubleshooting
Sitting on a Solaris box
SAS (nice to have, but not crucial.)
