Job Description:

Reporting to the owner of a small, privately-owned Roofing Contractor, this full time position includes the following duties: answering & handling of service calls from customers; dispatch service calls and instructing 10 service technicians; reporting on service calls; general customer service responsibilities; handling timesheets; purchase orders & working closely with 5 other administrative employees. Requirements are: preferably have a minimum of 2 to 3 years similar responsibilities in either a roofing or construction or industrial environment.
